1. Overview

2. No-Refund Policy

All payments made for monthly class fees or for course purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for discontinuation, including but not limited to change of mind, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with the course, or non-attendance of classes[cite: 2].

This policy exists because ITD Institute commits resources, including instructor time, classroom space, and course materials, in advance for every student who registers[cite: 2]. Once a payment is made and a student's place in a class is confirmed, that resource commitment is made on the Institute's side and cannot be reversed[cite: 2].

3. Monthly Class Fees

For courses billed on a monthly basis, the following terms apply[cite: 2]:

• Monthly class fees must be paid in advance, before or at the start of each month's classes, unless otherwise agreed with the Institute[cite: 2].
• Once a monthly fee payment has been made, it is non-refundable, even if the student attends only part of the month, joins late, or stops attending partway through the month[cite: 2].

4. Full Course Purchase

• Once a course purchase payment has been made, it is non-refundable, in full or in part, regardless of the number of classes attended[cite: 2].

5. Course Cancellation by the Institute

In the rare event that ITD Institute is required to cancel a course or class session due to circumstances within the Institute's control (for example, instructor unavailability), the Institute will, at its discretion, either reschedule the affected class(es) or provide a credit toward future classes[cite: 2]. This is the sole remedy offered in such circumstances, and monetary refunds will not be issued[cite: 2].

ITD Institute is not responsible for course disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public holidays, power outages, or other events of force majeure[cite: 2].

6. Transfers and Postponements

While fees are non-refundable, ITD Institute may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, allow a student to transfer their remaining course fees toward a different course or batch, or to postpone their seat to a future intake[cite: 2]. 7. Acknowledgement

By submitting payment for any course, monthly class fee, or course purchase at ITD Institute, the student (or their parent/guardian, where applicable) confirms that they have read and understood this Refund Policy and accept that all payments made are final and non-refundable[cite: 2].
