Effective Date: 30 June 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ITD Institute website and your enrolment in any course offered by ITD Institute (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Institute”), located at No. 303, Gemunu Mawatha, Kiribathgoda, Sri Lanka.

By accessing our website, submitting a registration form, or making a payment to ITD Institute, you (“student”, “you”, “your”), or your parent/guardian on your behalf if you are a minor, agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or enrol in our courses.

2. Course Registration

Registration for any course is confirmed only once the relevant fee, whether a monthly class fee or a full course purchase payment, has been received by the Institute.

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including full name, contact details, and, where applicable, parent/guardian details for minors.

The Institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration at its discretion, including in cases of incomplete information, unpaid fees, or unavailability of seats.

Course intakes, batch timings, and class sizes are subject to availability and may be adjusted by the Institute as needed.

3. Fees and Payment

ITD Institute offers two payment structures, depending on the course:

  • Monthly Class Fees: Certain courses are billed on a monthly basis, payable in advance for each month of classes.
  • Full Course Purchase: Certain courses may be purchased in full, covering the entire course duration, payable in advance as agreed at registration.

All fees must be paid by the due date communicated by the Institute.

The Institute reserves the right to suspend a student's access to classes if fees remain unpaid after the due date, until payment is made.

All fees paid to ITD Institute are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy, available on our website, for full details.

The Institute reserves the right to revise course fees for future intakes or months. Any fee changes will be communicated to students in advance and will not affect fees already paid for the current period.

4. Attendance and Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.

Non-attendance does not entitle a student to a refund or fee waiver, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.

The Institute reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise unacceptable, including in cases of repeated unpaid fees. Fees already paid will not be refunded in such cases.

Students are responsible for their own belongings while on the Institute's premises. The Institute is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.

5. Course Content and Materials

All course materials, including handouts, presentations, recordings, and any other resources provided by ITD Institute, are intended solely for the personal use of the registered student.

Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared with any third party without the prior written consent of the Institute.

The Institute makes reasonable efforts to ensure course content is accurate, up to date, and delivered as described at the time of registration.

However, the Institute reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course content, structure, instructors, or schedule where necessary, without this affecting the validity of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the ITD Institute website, including text, logos, graphics, and course materials, is the property of ITD Institute or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website or courses for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Certificates

Where a course includes an E-Certificate of completion, the certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course, subject to satisfactory attendance and, where applicable, satisfactory performance in any assessments.

The Institute reserves the right to withhold a certificate where course fees remain outstanding.

8. Limitation of Liability

ITD Institute will make reasonable efforts to provide quality instruction and a safe learning environment.

However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, ITD Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from a student's enrolment in or completion of a course, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, examination results, or other outcomes.

The Institute is not responsible for delays or disruptions to classes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public holidays, power outages, or other events of force majeure.
